1.2 Synchronous error check
○ Synchronous error alarm Ⅰ
When the synchronous error satisfies the following condition, synchronous error
alarmⅠ(OT030) occurs. But Synchronous error alarm Ⅰ is not checked until the
synchronization is initiated after turning on the power supply.

When the synchronous error satisfies the following condition, synchronous error
alarm Ⅱ(SV024) occurs.
(1) After the power-up, until the synchronization is initiated.

When the synchronous error alarm Ⅱ has occurred, Servo circuit is turned off (MCC
off) and motors stop immediately, like Servo alarm. In order to clear this alarm,
correct the difference with the way to correct the synchronous error described later,
and decrease the synchronous error. And after that, this alarm is cleared with Reset.
