1.3 Correction mode
When the synchronous error alarm Ⅱ has occurred, it is possible to correct the
difference between the master and the slave axis with the following way.
1) Select Correction mode. Then the check of the excess of the synchronous error is
not done.
2) Move the master or the slave axis with manual movement in the direction where
the synchronous error decreases.
3) Then, the difference between the master and the slave axis is decreased.
When the correction mode is selected, the check of the excess of the synchronous error
is not done. So, the alarm (OT031) occurs as a warning.
○
The way to correct the synchronous error
(1) Select Correction mode.
Parameter No.1803#1 is set to 1
(2) Select the master or the slave axis
Parameter:1803#0
0:Master axis correction mode(Only the master axis moves.)
1:Slave axis correction mode(Only the slave axis moves.)
(3) Cancel the servo alarm(SV024) with Reset, and turn on the activity of motor.
In this status, since neither the synchronous error compensation nor the check of
the synchronous error is done, be careful to cancel the servo alarm.
Here, other servo alarms are checked.
(4) Select a manual mode (JOG, Incremental feed or Handle).
The axis don’t move in auto mode, because of the alarm status.
