Change of DeviceNet board
Abstract
In FS16i/18i/21i/160i/180i/210i/160is/180is/210is-MODEL A/B and Power Mate i-MODEL D/H,
FANUC will apply the new DeviceNet board because parts on the board is stopped manufacturing.
It is necessary to change the order specification and board number. Please pay attention to order
the DeviceNet board.
Please order this new board from now on for new or maintenance.

2. Notice for the new board
The old software is not compatibility with the new board.
You must exchange the control software 6570 for 6571.
The application software supports for the new board from new edition. The old edition software
should be changed for maintenance of the former one. The new software is since 04th edition of the
application software for new board.
Refer to technical report about setting parameter for new board.
