during the previous cutting operation and the case in which no skip signal
was received during the previous cutting operation, respectively.
(First time) α = 1.0
(Second and subsequent times) α = α × β ÷ 100
(where β is the rate of change for each drilling operation
Skip during the previous cutting: β = b1% (parameter No.5166)
No skip during the previous cutting: β = b2% (parameter No.5167)
The feedrate is not changed when the ratio α becomes less than the ratio
specified in parameter No.5168. The upper limit to the newly specified
cutting feedrate is the maximum cutting feedrate.
- Changing of spindle speed
The spindle speed programmed with the S word is changed during the
second and subsequent cutting operations. Parameter Nos. 5164 and 5165
specify the ratio of change in which a skip signal was received during the
previous cutting operation and in which no skip signal was received during
the previous cutting operation.
(First time) γ = 1.0
(Second and subsequent times) γ = γ × δ ÷ 100
(where δ is the ratio of change for the first time)
Skip during the previous cutting: δ = d1% (parameter No.5164)
No skip during the previous cutting: δ = d2% (parameter No.5165)
If the spindle speed is set at the lower limit, then it is not changed. The upper
limit to the newly specified spindle speed is the maximum S analog data.
Spindle speed = S × γ
Cutting feed rate = F × α
