1 PREFACE
This document describes the specifications of the software product
referred to as follows.
PMC Program Conversion Tool
A08B-9210-J525
This software tool runs under the Microsoft Windows-based PC
environment. The tool helps the machine tool builder to switch PMC
to the environment supporting IEC61131-3 compatible language, by
converting existing ladder sequence program of FANUC LADDER-III
format into LD sequence program of FANUC LADDER-IIIC format.
Because of different languages and instruction sets regarding the
source and the target of the sequence program, the tool does not
generate a complete executable target program but generates a
practical base of the program from which the machine tool builder
completes the executable format.
