(Note 1) The setting value is changed according to the interpolation time of the
data of the high-speed remote buffer.
In case of the interpolation time is 8msec :
The time constant becomes a multiple of eight.
In case of the interpolation time is 4msec :
The time constant becomes a multiple of four.
In case of the interpolation time is 2msec :
The time constant becomes a multiple of two.
In case of the interpolation time is 1msec or less:
The time constant is a setting value.
It becomes the value of each multiple rounded up, except for the multiple
of 8, 4, and 2.
Example) In case of setting value is 9
1) In case of 8msec : It becomes 16msec
2) In case of 4msec : It becomes 12msec
3) In case of 2msec : It becomes 10msec
4) In case of 1msec or less : It becomes 9msec
