1. Outline
The machine OEM must carry out an acceptance test for the activated Dual Check Safety
functions at each machine. The acceptance test as printout is part of the accompanying
documents for each machine.
For this purpose GEFanuc provides a draft document in Microsoft WORD format, which the OEM
can use as a base. It can be edited and expanded according the needs.
The related GEFanuc document numbers are:
GFKE-0223-EN (English version)
GFKE-0223-FR (French version)
….
Other languages are scheduled in near future.
This document is a guideline on how to perform the acceptance test and how to complete the
document. Please read the document carefully and act according the following comments:
This symbol points to the parts of the draft document, which the person in charge for
the test has to edit and expand. In the example extracts the edited part is marked in
red letters.
This symbol provides additional comments to the contents of the tests, which have to be
done. Moreover it might point to continuative measurements, which can be added in the
acceptance test report.
