
Test proper MCC control circuit by performing standard MCC off test via OPT signal. In
the second part (above No. 2) of the test the timer PRM. 1946 has to be decreased
(e.g. 20msec.), so that complete MCC off test cannot be executed within given time.
Moreover OEM might add a test for safe system handling of illegal safety modes (above
No. 3-6). The door state signal might be removed resulting in illegal safety mode as
above.
Perform safe brake monitoring test for especially vertical axes, which are subject to safe
brake function. Here the axes drop down needs to be measured for stop state and
moving state.
In general each of the tests should be performed in worst-case scenario with max. load
and speed. For sure an open door scenario would not provide F50000 as above
example, but the time to stop and hunting distance could be derived from the following
measurement done in Servo Guide)*.
