during circular interpolation.
On APC/AICC/AI-APC/AI-nano mode, when Prm.13600#0(MCR) is set to 0,
arc radius-based feedrate clamping parameters are automatically set.
When this item is set, following parameters are changed.

Prm.13620(LV1 : highest priority to velocity)
Prm.13621(LV10: highest priority to precision)
[HPCC/AI-HPCC/AI-nano HPCC]
Prm.13670(LV1 : highest priority to velocity)
