13664 Permissible acceleration change value for each axis in feedrate control
based on acceleration changes for jerk control
(LV1,for AI-HPCC/AI-nano HPCC)
13665 Permissible acceleration change value for each axis in feedrate control
based on acceleration changes for jerk control
(LV10,for AI-HPCC/AI-nano HPCC)

Increment system
IS-B IS-C Units
Valid data range
Millimeter machine 0.001 0.0001 mm/sec

On AI-HPCC/ AI-nano-HPCC, LV1 value (the highest priority to velocity)
and LV10 value (the highest priority to precision) of a permissible
acceleration change value per ms for each axis in feedrate control based on
acceleration changes under jerk control are set.
13616 Permissible acceleration change value for each axis in feedrate control
based on acceleration changes for jerk control in continuously linear
segments (LV1, for AICC/AI-nano)
13617 Permissible acceleration change value for each axis in feedrate control
based on acceleration changes for jerk control in continuously linear
segments (LV10, for AICC/AI-nano)

On AICC/AI-nano, LV1 value (the highest priority to velocity) and LV10
value (the highest priority to precision) of a permissible acceleration change
value per ms for each axis in feedrate control under jerk control, when liner
interpolation is commanded continuously, is set.
Caution
1. For axes for which this parameter is 0, a permissible acceleration
change values specified in parameters No. 13614/13615 are effective.
2. For axes for which parameters No. 13614/13615 are 0, feedrate control
based on acceleration changes is ineffective, so this parameter is
meaningless.
3. On T-Series, these parameters don't exist.
