velocity) and LV10 value (the highest priority to precision) of the acceleration
for linear acceleration/deceleration before interpolation are set.
Caution
1. On HPCC, this item is common to all axis. The parameter value of 1st
axis is effective on all axis. In other words, the parameter value of
non-1st axis is ignored.
2. On AI-HPCC/AI-nano HPCC, this parameter is needed to be set for
each axis.
