traverse bell-shaped acceleration / deceleration is necessary.
2.8 Involute interpolation
During the involute interpolation, the following override becomes effective to the specified
cutting feedrate. With this, the cutting surface of the higher machining precision can be gotten.
(1) Cutter compensation inner offset override
(2) Near basic circle override
2.8.1 Cutter compensation inner offset override
When the involute interpolation is specified during the cutter compensation C mode, it is
controlled to become the feedrate which tool center path feedrate of the direction of the
tangent is always specified at usual involute interpolation. Therefore, because the curvature of
the involute curve changes every moment, the feedrate of the tool periphery part ( the cutting
point ) on the program path which becomes actual cutting feedrate has changed. Especially,
when a tool offset is inside the involute curve, the more the tool approaches a basic circle, the
bigger the actual cutting feedrate compared with the specified feedrate becomes.
