Improvement of stored stroke limit 1
Stroke check release signal RLSOT<Gn007#7>
[Classification] Input signal
[Function] Selects whether the stored stroke check 1 limits are checked or not.
[Operation] When this signal is set to 1, does not check the stored stroke check 1
limits.
Axis direction dependent stored stroke check 1 switch signal +EXL1 to +EXL8<Gn104>,
-EXL1 to -EXL8<Gn105>
[Classification] Input signal
[Function] Selects whether the stored stroke check 1 limits are checked or not.
[Operation] Switches between stroke limit 1-I (parameter No. 1320 and No. 1321)
and stroke limit 1-II (parameter No. 1326 and No. 1327) for each axis
direction. When this signal goes 1, the CNC operates as described below.
1 +EXL1, +EXL2, . . .
Stroke check 1 (+ side) is checked using parameter No. 1326 instead of
No. 1320.
2 -EXL1, -EXL2, . . .
Stroke limit 1 (- side) is checked using parameter No. 1327 instead of
No. 1321. If the bit 0 (DLM) of parameter No.1301 is set to 1, this
signal is enabled.
Stroke limit reached signals +OT1 to +OT8<Fn124>,-OT1 to –OT8<Fn126>
[Classification] Ouput signal
[Function] Notify that the tool is about to enter the forbidden area of stored stroke
check 1. Each direction of each controlled axis has one stroke limit reached
signal. This signal is valid when the parameter NAL (No.1300 bit 1) is “1”,
or the parameter OTS (No.1301 bit 6) is “1”. The difference of each
operation is described in the following [Operation] part.
The algebraic sign +/– in the signal name corresponds to the direction of each controlled
axis, and the number at the end of the signal name represents the related controlled–axis
number.

□ : 1 ….. To decelerate the first axis.
2 ….. To decelerate the second axis.
3 ….. To decelerate the third axis.

○ : ＋ : ＋direction.
－ : －direction.
[Operation] When the parameter NAL (No.1300 bit 1) is “1”, this signal will be “1”
when the tool will be just entered in the forbidden area “stored stroke limit
1” which is specified by the parameter No. 1320 and No.1321 by the
moving command of the automatic operation or manual operation.When
the parameter OTS (No.1301 bit 6) is “1”, this signal will be “1” when the
following over travel alarm has been generated.
