Tool detachment error signal TLEDTA <G382#3>
[Classification] Input signal
[Function] Reports an error of the machine side when a tool is detached by automatic mode.
[Operation] When the signal is set to “1”, the control unit operates as follows :
- Tool detachment signal TLDTA and magazine number signal TLMZN00~15 and Pot
number signal TLPOT00~15 turns to “0”.
Magazine number signal TLMZN00 to 15 <F360 to 361>
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] Reports cartridge number of attachment or detchement
[Output condition] The magazine number is output in the following cases:
- In tool attachment, parameter ATA (No. 13204#1) = 1 and the operation of attachment is
performed at tool attachment screen. However, the specified pot should be empty.
- In tool detachment, parameter DTA (No. 13204#2) = 1 and the operation of detachment is
performed at tool detachment screen. However, the specified pot should store a tool.
The magazine number is cleared in the following cases:
- In tool attachment, either tool attachment finish signal TLFATA or tool attachment error
signal TLEATA is set to “1”.
- In detachment, either tool detachment finish signal TLFDTA or tool detachment error signal
TLEDTA is set to “1”.
Pot number signal TLPOT00 to 15 <F362 to 363>
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] Reports pot number of attachment or detchement
[Output condition] The pod number is output in the following cases:
- In tool attachment, parameter ATA ( No. 13204#1 ) = 1 and the operation of attachment is
performed at tool attachment screen. However, the specified pot should be empty.
- In tool detachment, parameter DTA ( No. 13204#2 ) = 1 and the operation of detachment is
