Note) When laser alarm No.4073, which means that a laser gas bottle becomes
empty, occurs during purge operation, two times aging function is
executed automatically at next time of laser start-up.
This function is available with the software as follows.

However, in the under mentioned software and edition, this function can be set
whether it should be executed with the parameter
No.15014#5(0:not available, 1:available).

3. Changing aging condition during aging
- If machine does not have HV ON/OFF switch, stop the oscillator, change parameters and
restart it.
- If machine has HV ON/OFF switch, go to HV OFF and change parameters. After that, if H
V
ON, aging is executed.
4. Method of power calibration in Pulse Mode
It is possible to do power calibration in Pulse Mode. This is useful on aging for mode
arraignment and some kind of adjustment.
- PRM15008#6=0 (Automatic aging is disable.)
Set PRM15332(Pulse frequency in aging power calibration), 15333(Pulse duty in aging
power calibration), and start oscillating.
- PRM15008#6=1(Automatic aging is enable)
Change PRM15321(Pulse frequency in power calibration), 15322(Pulse duty in power
calibration), and go to HV ON. It is possible to change condition of Pulse mode by PRM
15332,15333.
Note) Don’t change PRM15008#6 absolutely during oscillation.
