Supplement to Manual
1. Outline
Up to now, only one set of the signals of “Feedrate override” and
“Override cancel” for PMC axis control is provided commonly for all PMC
axis groups. Then override cannot be handled independently for each
PMC axis group.
This function makes it possible to specify override and override cancel for
each PMC axis group. An operator can select different override for each
PMC axis group according to operating condition.
When cutting feedrate (G01) is specified in multi path control (G130) in
automatic operation mode, the feedrate override signal or the override
cancel signal specified by the parameter OVE(8001#2) are applied for all
paths. This function makes it possible to use the override and the
override cancel of the axis with the smallest axis number in each path
regardless of OVE(8001#2).
For example, when PMC axis is driven while multi path operation is
performed in automatic operation mode, different feedrate override and
override cancel can be applied to each path of multi path control (G130)
and each PMC axis respectively.

2.1 Specification
Up to now, only one set of the signals of “Feedrate override” and
“Override cancel” for PMC axis control is provided commonly for all PMC
axis groups. Then override cannot be handled independently for each PMC
axis group.
This function provides feedrate override signal and override cancel signal for
PMC axis control as shown in the table 1. Then an operator can select
different override for each PMC axis group according to operating condition.

Table1 Override signal for each PMC axis group
By setting the parameter IOVC(8009#0) to 1, override cancel for each PMC
axis group can be specified. And by setting the parameter INOV(8009#1) to
1, feedrate override for each PMC axis group can be specified.
