1. Outline
The following actions work to check gas leak of laser resonator.
i) All valves of laser oscillator are automatically shut.
ii) Gas pressure in discharge tubes is measured and logged at regular intervals.
iii) The data can be referred on diagnose screen or leak check screen.
iv) This function can be begun from any step of laser control sequence.
2. Specification
2.1. Explanation
2.1.1. Starting of Automatic leak check function
Automatic leak check function is started and Leak check mode signal (F224#2:LCKMD) is output
during Leak check mode, if Gas pressure control start signal (G222#6:RUN) is turned off "ON → OFF"
with setting Leak check signal (G224#2:LCKON) or Leak check start parameter (PRM.15153#0:LCK)
to '1'.

2.1.2. Operation of Automatic leak check function
When Automatic leak check function is started, Laser oscillator works as follows.
i) Laser gas pressure control is ended and CNC waits for turbo-blower stopping time about 75
seconds. (CNC waits, even if turbo-blower has already stopped.) CNC starts evacuation after 75
seconds.
ii) All valves of oscillator are shut after evacuation at the time set with PRM.15256 (10 minutes
normally) or Laser tube pressure (DGN905) becomes ‘0’.
Laser sequence status number (DGN908) is set to ‘51’ and All valves closed state signal
(F224#3:AVCL) is output.
All valves mean the following valves.
GRDY: Gas supply valve
PUG: Purge valve
OPV: External tube exhaust valve
BPV: By-pass valve
VEN: Exhaust valve
TWV: Three-way valve
PCV: Exhaust assistance valve
