15154 Leak judgement time

The time for keeping laser gas pressure with all valves closing should be set.

Laser gas pressure is logged for 4 times while the set time.

Automatic leak check function does not work if the value from 0 to 2 is set.

15256 Evacuating time in RUN-OFF sequence

Data type : Word type

Data unit : Second

Data range : 0 – 32767 (standard setting 600)

If gas pressure control start signal (G222#6:RUN) is turned off with setting

PRM.15003#2 to ‘1’, oscillator is evacuated for the set time.

This parameter exists before addition of this function.

However, the minimum setting value is changed from 600 to 0.
