2.2 Resume from mode start position
CNC positions the workpiece to the mode start position where the interrupt occurs, and resumes the
machining. Restart process is separated as the following two processes.
2.2.1 Restart position return process
CNC positions the workpiece to the restart position in the rapid traverse. The restart position is the
mode start position. The mode start position is specified by M codes, which are set in parameters.
The latest M code is recognized as the mode start position if many M codes for mode start positions
are commanded in a program.
2.2.2 Restart position search process
CNC searches the restart program, and searches the restart position on this program by using
memorized data. After finishing the search process, CNC stops as the Feed-hold State at the head
position of interrupted block. During searching, M, S, T, B code, MF, SF, TF, BF, EF, and PF are
output as same as usually program execution.
During searching, the machine does not move, however the machine moves as same as usually
program from the mode start position to the head position of interrupted block. During this process, the
process finished signal (RSRCUT<F233#7>) is output.
