*This parameter is invalid when Spindle Learning Control function isn’t used.
*When this parameter is set to “1” (i.e. FSC), feedforward coefficients (No.4036) and
position gains (No.4069 ~ 4072) of both spindles must be the same value to keep
synchronization between master axis and slave axis.
