Speed difference signal between master and slave (for 1st spindle)
MSOVRB :
Speed difference signal between master and slave (for 2nd spindle)
0 :
Speed difference between master and slave is less than setting
1 : Speed difference between master and slave is over setting
Indicates whether speed difference between master and slave motor is less
than parameter setting value (FS16i : P4347) or not.
It is not necessary to monitor this signal of slave SPM. Slave SPM always
outputs “0”.
Remark
Be sure to monitor this signal constantly by PMC and take an adequate
action if abnormal situation (such as abnormally long MSOVR=”1”) is
detected.
