Peck tapping cycle (G84 or G88)

Explanations
This cycle operates as follows.
1. The tool is moved to the hole position in rapid traverse.
2. M code for C-axis clamp is output.
(Only when M code for C-axis clamp is commanded.)
3. The tool is moved to the point R level in rapid traverse.
4. Cutting only distance q (depth of cut for each cutting feed) from point R is performed.
5. M05 is output. (Only when Prm M5T(No.5101#6) is set to 1.)
6. M code for spindle CCW rotation is output.
7. The tool returns only for distance d (Return value = Prm. 5213 ).
8. M05 is output. (Only when Prm M5T(No.5101#6) is set to 1.)
9. M code for spindle CW rotation is output.
10. Cutting only distance (d+q = Return value + Depth of cut for each cutting feed) is
performed.
11. Until the tool reaches a bottom of hole (Point Z), this cycle repeats the above 4 - 10.
12. If reaching a bottom of hole, Dwell which was commanded by address P is executed.
13. M05 is output. (Only when Prm M5T(No.5101#6) is set to 1.)
14. M code for spindle CCW rotation is output.
15. The tool is returned to the point R.
16. M05 is output. (Only when Prm M5T(No.5101#6) is set to 1.)
17. M code for spindle CW rotation is output.
18. M code for C-axis unclamp is output.
(Only when M code for C-axis clamp is commanded.)
19. Dwell for C-axis unclamp is executed.
(Only when M code for C-axis clamp is commanded.)
20. The tool is retracted to the initial level in rapid traverse.
( Only the following case.
- G code system A
- G98 mode with G code system B/C )
The relation between the positioning axes and the tapping axis changes dependent on G84 and
G88.
G84 : Positioning axes => X-axis, C-axis / Tapping axis => Z-axis
G88 : Positioning axes => Z-axis, C-axis / Tapping axis => X-axis
Retuen value
Return value (d) is the value which is set to parameter (No.5213).
Return speed
The speed of the return operation is the same as the speed of the cutting feed.
