6. Remarks
• Z-axis gap control function (Option) is needed for this function.
• This function is available only for Z-axis gap control.
This function does not work for W- axis gap control.
• Moving instruction for Z-axis cannot be command under executing this function.
• Gap control B function and High-speed approach function for gap control axis are needed for
this function. Please refer to specifications (A-78791E) for gap control B function,
specifications (A-78797E) for high-speed approach function for gap control axis.
• CNC can continue this function even if signal PCTR(G488#7) is switched to "0" during
executing this function.
• This function can control the Z-axis of gap control function according to position command of
only X-axis and Y-axis that are on X-Y plane.
• This function can be available from B8H1-06.
