If the program O7000 is already registered into the temporary storage memory,
M298 command is ignored. If the registration of the program O7000 is always
necessary, it is necessary to do the M296 command before M298 command.
If the O7000 is called before the program registration is completed, a P/S 78
alarm is caused.
