axes control.
2. Each oscillator is controlled by the connected CNC.
3. Part programs are registered and executed by CNC1.
4.The laser output data calculated by CNC1 are written in the memory area as active
data and commanded LASER1 directly at the same time. PMC1 can read the data
from CNC by using PMC-window function and write in the I/O Link connecting
unit (The data are written as Y address of PMC1). PMC2 can read the data from I/O
connecting unit (The data are read as X address of PMC2) and can write to the
parameter area of CNC2 by using PMC-window function.
5. In case of using high speed piercing function or power control function, CNC1
should be set as the mode of oscillator control by G-code (PRM No.15001#6=1).
If both high speed piercing function and power control function are not used,
CNC2 may be set as the mode of oscillator control by external signal.
6. Beam ON signal of CNC2 should be turned on by starting the program of CNC1. (The
laser beam for oscillator 2 is not output actually, because active data are 0.)
When assist gas select signal AG1, AG2, or AG3 of CNC1 becomes 1, shutter open
signal of CNC2 should be turned on.
Assist gas should be output the corresponding to AG1, AG2, or AG3 for CNC1.
Assist gas pre-flow time of CNC 1 should be set long enough to open the shutter of
oscillator 2.
7. The laser output data are transferred as active data. Each override for power,
frequency, and duty is not needed to transfer to CNC2. Each override for PMC2
should
be fixed to 100%.
8. The I/O Link connecting unit can treat DI/DO of 256/256 points in the maximum.
The number of actually used points is allocated on host side(PMC1,PMC2).
9. Twin table control function"A02B-0237-J698" and two oscillators control function
"A02B-0255-S911" are needed on CNC1.
10. Axis control detach function "A02B-0237-J807" is needed to ignore the axis control on
CNC2.
11. The setting of minimum output power "parameter No.15212" on CNC2 should be set
to 0.
12. The parameter No.15000#2 on CNC2 should be set to 1 because assist gas is not
output on CNC2.
13. The parameter No.15001#6 should be set to 0 because laser output on CNC2 is
controlled by external signal.
