2-4 PMC window function
Active data concerning the output command of the laser oscillator on CNC2 is transferred
by PMC window function. Active data of CNC1 should be read and written to the
parameter area of CNC2 by PMC window function. Please refer to "PMC ladder language
programming manual B-61863E" for details concerning with an each command for
window function.
1)PMC1
The peak power command value, the frequency command value, and the duty
command value of group 7 should be read by using function code 186 of WINDR
command for PMC1.
2)PMC2
The data read on PMC1 should be written in parameter No.15040, No.15041, and
No,15042 by using function code 18 of function command WINDW of PMC2
The data read on PMC1 are active data that are actually commanded to the oscillator.
Therefore, override etc. need not to be used. Moreover, because data changes by
high-speed piercing, the power control function, etc., these data are used as they are
on the CNC2.
2-5 Machine lock function on each axis
When the two oscillators control function is effective, only the master axis can be stopped
by machine lock on each axis signal. When a defective cutting occurs on the master table,
the cutting on the slave table can be continued by using master side beam stop signal
MOSS(G487#7) with machine lock on each axis signal.
