Parameter 2 for determining a linear acceleration/deceleration before interpolation
for each axis during AI-HPCC, AI-NANO-HPCC and 5 axis machining mode
[Data type] Word axis
[Unit of data] msec
[Valid data range] 0
~ 1000
Set the time to reach the feedrate set in parameter No.8400, for each axis. Set a
value so that the acceleration time to the maximum feedrate is up to 1 second.
When this parameter is set to 0 for all axes, parameter No.8401 becomes effective.
If the allowable acceleration setting for an axis is more than double against the other
axes, the feedrate may be temporarily decreased at a corner at which the move
direction sharply changes.
8416
Acceleration change time for look-ahead bell-shaped acceleration/deceleration
before interpolation
[Data type] 2-word
[Unit of data] msec
[Valid data range] See the explanation below.
(In the HPCC, (1) and (2) can be selected by parameter SBL (No.1603#3).
In the AI-HPCC and AI-nano-HPCC, the specifications of (1) is effective without
regard to Parameter SBL (No.1603#3).)
(1) In case of HPCC with parameter SBL (No.1603#3)=1 or AI-HPCC, AI-NANO-
HPCC.
(When the acceleration change time (time required for changing from the constant
feedrate status (A) to the constant acceleration/deceleration status (C) at the
acceleration calculated based on the acceleration:
Time (B) in the figure below) is set for look-ahead bell-shaped acceleration/
deceleration before interpolation:)
