connection of U, V, and W) of a power
line is wrong, or servo amplifier is out of
order.
622 9 PDM LOCAL FSSB SYN. ERROR There is something wrong with clock
circuit in PDM.

real slave number is miss match.

640 b PDM LOCAL FSSB DISCONNECT The disconnect is detected at the local
FSSB.

NOTE
1. When PDM local FSSB disconnect alarm occurs, “U” or “L” are displayed on the 7 segment LED of
local FSSB servo amplifiers at disconnect point. Using the 7segmant LED display, determine the
disconnect point, and take a proper action.
See the section “troubleshooting of FANUC SERVO AMPLIFIER αi series MAINTENANCE
MANUAL (B-65285E) about the details.
2. When the CNC software corresponding to PDM is not used, the message of the above table is not
displayed.
3. (S1)-(S8) of the item of the alarm message of the above table means SLAVE1-SLAVE8.
