NOTE
1. Magazine that has following magazine status is excepted from
Tool search and empty pot search
- Bit position 0 of magazine information is 0
- Bit position 1 of magazine information is 1
- Bit position 2 of magazine information is 0
2. Magazine property except for magazine information#0 to #2 is
defined and used freely. Therefore, CNC does not control the
data for tool management function.
3. Pot that has following pot status is excepted from tool search and
empty pot search
- Bit position 0 of pot information1 is 1
- Bit position 1 of pot information1 is 1
- Bit position 2 of pot information1 is 1
- Bit position 3 of pot information1 is 1
4. Pot property except for magazine information#0 to #3 is defined
and used freely. Therefore, CNC does not control the data for
tool management function.
5. Customize data in magazine property and pot property is integer
type data,
but the data with decimal point is input by setting the number of
decimal places. The number of decimal places is set with
programable data input(G10) or reading from file in external
input/output device.
6. The name of customize data of magazine property and pot
property on
original screen is defined freely with programable data
input(G10) or reading from file in external input/output device.
