When the following alarms are issued, overlapping control of all axes will be released.

This alarm is issued in the following cases.(When overlapping control
command are released, it is detected)
(1) When mistake is found in setting parameter of the axis index.
(2) When mistake is found in control command.
When this alarm is issued at the releasing control, put into the emergency
stop once and release the alarm.

When the overlapping control is interrupted by the alarm occurrence etc. while
the axis is moving, it will be issued. Turn off the power supply of CNC device
once and turn on it again.
