2. Convert Path Table to Executive form data
Delay time can be commanded only in the time reference table. If delay time is
commanded in the spindle position reference table or the axis table,
conversion fails and conversion alarm number is set to 324.
The value of (Table time for M codes effect – Delay time) should increase
gradually. If not, conversion fails and conversion alarm number is set to 325.
Example)
1) Conversion alarm
L1000 M10 D0 M11 D10 M12 D20;
L1100 M20 D100 M21 D50 M22 D30;
First M-code Second M-code Third M-code
L1000 1000-0=1000
(Maximum)
1000-10=990 1000-20=980
L1100 1100-100=1000
(Minnimum)
1100-50=1050 1100-30=1070
It is conversion alarm because of the L1000 maximum (1000)
>=L1100 minimum (1000).
2) Normal conversion
L1000 M10 D10 M11 D20 M13 D30;
L1100 M20 D100 M21 D50 M22 D30;
First M-code Second M-code Third M-code
L1000 1000-10=990
(Maximum)
1000-20=980 1000-30=970
L1100 1100-100=1000
(Minnimum)
1100-50=1050 1100-30=1070
It is normal conversion because of the L1000maximum
(990)<L1100 minmum(1000).
The range of delay time is 0 and from 4 or 8 to 32760. If the value of delay
time is out of this range, conversion fails and conversion alarm number is set
to 323.
