3. HIGH–SPEED RESPONSE
FUNCTION
237
b. Feedrate
Set a value not smaller than 30 mm/min in a feedrate–related
parameter.
c. Maximum cutting feedrate
Be sure to set a value in parameter No. 1430 (maximum axis–by–axis
cutting feedrate). (Parameter No. 1422 (maximum cutting feedrate)
cannot be used.)
NOTE
If a value greater than the maximum cutting feedrate is
specified in the high–speed response mode, an alarm is
issued and a gradual stop occurs on the axis.
D This function cannot be used when any of the following functions is
used:
a. When a high–level task is used with the C language executor
function
b. FANUC I/O Link II board
c. Profibus DP – Slave function
d. Device net master function
e. Device net slave function
f. Stored pitch error compensation function
g. Straightness compensation function B
h. Profibus DP – master function
D The following functions cannot be used in the high–speed response
mode:
a. Relative coordinate (Coordinate values remain unchanged.)
b. Tool length measurement
c. Cutting/rapid traverse–specific in–position check
d. Block overlap
e. Rapid traverse overlap
f. Mirror image
g. Axis–by–axis machine lock
h. Fine acceleration/deceleration
i. Look–ahead feed–forward
j. Analog input
k. The alarms related to motion programs are not recorded in the
alarm history.
l. The alarms related to motion programs are not recorded in the
operation history.
m. The time of operation in the high–speed response mode is not
added to the time of operation with run time and parts count data
displayed.
n. The time of operation in the high–speed response mode is not
added to the cycle time with run time and parts count data
displayed.
