・ Tool center point control for 5-axis machining
・ Tool radius compensation for 5-axis machining
・ 3 dimensional cutter compensation
・ Tool length compensation along tool direction
・ 3 dimensional circular interpolation
・ In case that following functions are executed on RISC by setting the parameter
No.19600.
Scaling, Programmable mirror image, Rotary table dynamic fixture offset,
Coordinate system rotation, Three-dimensional coordinate conversion,
Cutter compensation C, Tilted working plane command.
・ Chopping
As for the chopping by the input signal :
Alarm PS5364 occurs when the program check is started during the chopping
by the input signal.
Alarm PS5364 occurs when the chopping by the input signal is started at the
program check execution.
・ Simple electric gear box
・ Hobbing machine function
• Restriction of commands
During the program check mode, the axes movements of the following functions can
not be checked with this function.
・ Axis movement of PMC axis control
The axis whose the control axis select signal (PMC axis control) EAX* <G0136>
is “1” is not checked. The stroke limit check of the PMC axis is done by the actual
machine coordinate.
・ Slave axis’s movement of flexible synchronous control
The master axis’s movement of flexible synchronous control, which is
commanded from the CNC program, can be checked.
• Manual guide i
When using the Manual guide i, the parameter PGM (No.13114#7) is set to “0” and
the parameter PGA (No.3115#4) is set to “0”.
4)
• Auxiliary function
When the parameter PGS (No.3001#6) is set to “1”, the M, S, T, and B codes are not
saved/restored at the program check mode start/end.
Therefore, the M, S, T, and B codes, which are outputted during the program check
mode, are effective after the program check mode end.
When the parameter PGS (No.3001#6) is set to “1”, the M, S, T, and B codes are
outputted to the PMC.
Therefore, if it is not necessary to execute the M, S, T, and B command during
program check mode, please modify ladder sequence not to execute M, S, T, and B
code by referring to program check mode signal <F0290#5>.
