TITLE
3. Condition of FSSB line in case of using high speed HRV current control
3-1.The amplifier for high speed HRV current control is necessary in case of using high speed HRV
current control. And it is necessary that the all amplifiers and the Separate Detector I/F units which,
are connected in a FSSB line for high speed HRV current control, are available to Servo HRV3.
3-2. The maximum total number of axis in a FSSB line which is used the high speed HRV current
control is 4. When the total number of axis and Separate Detector I/F unit in FSSB line which is used
high speed HRV current control is 5. When high speed HRV current control is used with the system
more than five axes, the type B servo control card, this card has two FSSB lines, is necessary. The
four controlled axes and one Separate Detector I/F unit can be connected with a FSSB line, which is
used high speed HRV current control. It is possible that the eight axes are controlled in two FSSB
lines.
In case of the servo control cards for servo HRV3 are used, it is necessary that the Separate
Detector I/F unit is available the servo HRV3 whether the high speed HRV current control is used or
not used.
