The maximum total number of axis in High speed HRV current control line is 4.

The maximum total number of axis and Separate Detector I/F unit in High speed HRV current control line is 5.

When the total number of axis and Separate Detector I/F unit in high speed HRV current control line is 5. The Separate
Detector I/F unit should be terminal unit.
