Set parameters as rotary type encoder with FANUC Serial Interface
Setting example
gear ratio 1 : 1, detection unit 1/1000[deg].
Ｆ・ＦＧ=360000/1000000 = 36/100
Position pulses = 12500
Reference counter = 360000 (or the divided number)

Set parameters as rotary type encoder whose pulse is 500000/rev.
Setting example
gear ratio 1 : 1, detection unit 1/1000[deg].
