Note: The position of the reference return is temperature dependent in CZi sensor and its drift
amount is 6/1000deg. (typ.) per 10deg. of temperature change in case of CZi sensor 512S,
and about 3/1000 deg. (typ.) in case of 1024S respectively. This drift does not occur without
turning off the power because the absolute position of the reference point in the first
reference position return is kept.
Please make sure that this drift takes no serious influence on the machine function in case
that the high absolute accuracy is necessary.
