5.4. Chiller Unit
In the laser oscillator cooling water is necessary for the cooling of the laser gas, optical parts,
and power supply units. Following are the necessary specifications for the chiller unit.
(1) Chiller capacity
Please refer to specification on page 4.
(2) Water temperature range
Please refer to specification on page 4.
Note 1.The temperature of the cooling water may be set to about 27
°
C
throughout the year. At higher humid region, may be set to about 30
°
C.)
Note 2. In the cold winter, make sure to check that the water temperature is
above 15
°
C before starting discharge (High Voltage ON).
Note 3. The warm up function starts automatically when the temperature in the
oscillator is too low.
