(5) Cautions on connection of tubes
When doing the connection please consider following items.
Make the tube length as short as possible
Make sure that no contamination gets into the circuit
Make sure that the tube is not exposed to high temperature
Make sure that stepping on the tube is not possible
(6) Check points after connection
Make sure that the tube is not folded
Make sure that there is no damage at the tubing
Make sure that there is no leak at tube and couplings with clamp test.（esp. at GAS IN）
Make sure that execute clamp test. (External laser gas piping leakage check, refer to
maintenance manual)
Make sure that the secondary pressure at the regulator is adjusted to 0.175MPa.
(7) Laser gas exhaust
The gas used by the laser oscillator is exhausted from the GAS OUT port. Though the
exhausted amount of gas is very small, do not exhaust the amount of the exhausted gas
in the room with airtight, Lay pipes from the GAS OUT port and exhaust laser gas to
outdoors.
