The time constant parameter of the power sensor (No.29006) was added from the
above-mentioned number of versions. It changed to the second approximate calculation of
the delay filter. As a result, the controllability of feedback has improved.
4.Correspondence to laser which has already been shipped
Please measure the time constant of the power sensor which is a peculiar parameter to
each laser (parameter No.29005) when you use this function with the oscillator which has
already been shipped, and set the parameter and the data table (Please refer to attached
material). We will describe the measuring method of the time constant later. Please set the
standard value as shown in the table below about the following parameters
(No.29000-29006) other than the time constant (No.29005).
And it is also possible to input the value of the table of attached material about the table
data by hand. However, please restore the data backed up from other CNC or request it to
FANUC because it is a common value in each model of the laser.
