Cs-axis Coordinate Establishment

Synchronous control
If Cs axis coordinate establishment request signal CSFIx <G274#4∼#7> is set
to 1 during synchronous control, P/S alarm 5346 occurs.
Start synchronous control after Cs axis coordinate is established.
Composite control(T only)
Set parameter CZM(No.8161#1) to 1 in order to use Cs axis coordinate
establishment function during composite control.
In case that parameter MDM(No.8162#6) is 1, absolute coordinate is counted
up in the opposite direction to machine coordinate.
If composite control is released during establishing Cs axis coordinate, Cs axis
coordinate establishment alarm signal CSFOx<F274#4-#7> is set to 1 and P/S
alarm 5346 occurs.
Spindle simple synchronous control
When master spindle is parked , Cs axis coordinate is established according to
position of slave spindle.
Set Cs axis coordinate establishment request signal CSFIx <G274#4∼#7> for
master spindle to 1, not for slave spindle.
Also, Cs axis coordinate establishment alarm signal CSFOx <F274#∼#7> for
master spindle is output, not for slave spindle.
Manual handle interrupt function
Manual handle interrupt function is ignored during establishing Cs axis
coordinate.
External machine coordinate shift
External machine coordinate shift is ignored during establishing Cs axis
coordinate.
Mirror image
Mirror image with mirror image signal MI1 to MI8<G106> or parameter
MIRx<No.0012#0> is ignored during establishing Cs axis coordinate.
Bidirectional pitch error compensation
Cs axis coordinate establishment function is not applied for bidirectional pitch
error compensation. If you excute Cs axis coordinate establishment function
with bidirectional pitch error compensation, P/S alarm 5346 occurs.
