SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL BETWEEN 2 PATH

TAKEUCHI
4. The P/S226 alarm is generated during synchronous control.
(1) The movement command was performed to the synchronous slave axis.
→ The movement command cannot be performed to the synchronous slave axis
regardless of the automatic operation or the manual operation.
(2) A value of the selecting workpiece coordinate system of a synchronous
slave axis was changed
→ A value of the selecting workpiece coordinate system of a synchronous
slave axis cannot be changed.
5. Servo alarm No.407 is issued during synchronous control.
(1) The difference of position deviation of the synchronous master axis and the
slave axis is excessive.
→ The SV407 alarm is issued only while detecting the synchronous error.
When the parameter related to acceleration/deceleration time constant or
to the servo control is largely different between the synchronous master
axis and the synchronous slave axis in general, this alarm will be issued.
Moreover, also when actual movement of the machine is incorrect or is not
synchronized correctly by any reason, it will issued.
6. The machine position shifts during synchronous control.
(1) The parameters related to acceleration/deceleration time constant or the
servo control (loop gain etc.) is different between the synchronous master
axis and the slave axis.
→ In this synchronous control, acceleration/deceleration control and servo
control are done individually with master and the slave. (That is, the
movement command is synchronized) Therefore, when
acceleration/deceleration time constant and the servo characteristic are
different between the master and the slave, the actual movement of machine
might be not corresponding completely.
