SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL BETWEEN 2 PATH
01
TAKEUCHI
TAKEUCHI
5. Remarks
(1) The controlled axis must stop at beginning or releasing synchronous control.
(2) Two or more axes can be put into the state of synchronous control at the same
time. However, following operations are impossible. To synchronize a axis
with multiple axes.
(3) Least command increment and detection unit of the axes which are controlled
by synchronous control should be agreeing. The amount of the movement does
not become equal if not agreeing.
(4) It is impossible to perform synchronous control between linear axis and
rotary axis.
(5) The related parameter must not be changed while synchronous control is
performed.
(6) Complete the reference point return after turning on the power supply or put
into the state that the reference point is established by the absolute pulse
coder before synchronous control is started.
(7) Synchronous control must be begun after completing reference point return and
coordinate system setting after releasing emergency stop, releasing servo-off
or restoring servo alarm.
(8) Do not command the movement in the synchronous slave axis during synchronous
control.
(9) Setting values of acceleration/deceleration time constant and parameters
relating to servo control of the synchronous slave axis must be agreed with
the master axis as possible. When a setting value is largely different, the
movement deviation will be caused in the actual movement of machine.
