SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL BETWEEN 2 PATH
01
TAKEUCHI
TAKEUCHI
2.3 Signal operation
Set synchronous control selection signal, G0138/G1138 #0-#6 SYNC1-SYNC7, as "1"
from "0" (when beginning synchronous), as "0" from "1" (when releasing synchronous)
by PMC.
Please begin a synchronous signal in one PATH after always releasing a
synchronous signal in the other PATH when synchronous control moving
alternately in both PATH.
Moreover, please take the timing of waiting with M code of waiting before
switching a synchronous signal
2.4 Application example
(1) An arbitrary axis and an arbitrary axis in other path are moved synchronously.
(Both master and slave move)
(example 1) The X2 axis is synchronized with the X1 axis.
(example 2) (X2, B2) is synchronized with (X1, B1).
2.5 The reference point return synchronous control
By reference point return command to the master axis during synchronous control,
the master axis returns to the reference point, but the slave axis synchronize
with the movement of the master axis. The reference point return of the slave axis
does not work.
The 2nd, 3rd or 4th reference point return by G30 command is executed as same as by
G28's. That is, only the master axis moves the 2nd, 3rd or 4th reference point
usually.
