SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL BETWEEN 2 PATH

TAKEUCHI
TAKEUCHI
2.6 Synchronous error detection
The synchronous control here indicates the same to the last movement command
is given to two servo processing systems at the same time. Synchronous error
compensation, detecting the deflection of two servo motors always and
compensating one servo motor to reduce the deflection, is not performed.
2.7 Movement command after switching between synchronous and single control
Do not command movement or coordinate system setting to the synchronous slave
axis after releasing synchronous control in automatic operation during two
blocks or less (three blocks or less in the cutter compensation C) including the
current block. The reason for this is that the coordinate value updated by the
synchronous control is correctly reflected in the preprocessing of the following
blocks.
(example) When synchronous control of X axis (slave axis) is released with block
of N200
N190 .... ;
N200 M55 ; (The synchronous control is released by this M code
N210 .... ; command.)
N220 .... ;
N230 .... ;
In this case, the movement command of X axis cannot be done with the block of
N210 (Block of N220 in the cutter compensation C further). However, movement
command of X axis or coordinate system setting can be done from the block of
N210 in case of M55 is none-buffering M-code. The movement command can be done
from the block of N210 to axes except X axis. Moreover, there is no begged limit
in the synchronous master axis.
