7. The movement amount is incorrect while synchronous control.
(1) Inch/metric setting is different between the master axis and the slave axis.
→ Conversion of or inch/metric between the master and the slave are not
done in this synchronous control.
8. After the switch of synchronous control, it will not move to coordinates the
same as the movement command.
(1) After the switch of synchronous control, the movement command was done in
two blocks or less.
→ The movement command to the switched axis cannot be done in two blocks or
less (3 blocks or less during cutter compensation C) including current
block in automatic operation mode, because the coordinate system in CNC
inside must be preset again after the switch of synchronous control.
However, such limits do not exist in case of the command of current block
is M code by which the following blocks are not buffered. Moreover, such
limits do not exist concerning the synchronous master axis.
9. Synchronous control is released though G0138 or G1138 are not turned into
LOW.
→ Synchronous control will be automatically released when entering the
following states while synchronous control as for one PATH.
・Emergency stop
・Reset
・The servo alarm
・The P/S000 alarm
・The alarms concerning synchronous control
Moreover, all synchronous control are released
when any controlled axis enters in the following states.
・Servo off
・Over travel alarm
