Procedure for tool detaching
The tool detaching can be performed with pointing at the empty magazine number or the pod
number on the magazine screen.
The tool detaching is performed in automatic mode or manual mode by following procedure.
In case of tool detaching in automatic mode
1. Display the magazine screen.
2. Move the cursor to the magazine or the pod to which the tool is detached.
3. Press the soft key [(OPER)]. The soft key for operation appears.
4. Press the menu key continuously until the soft key [DETACH] is displayed.
5. Press the soft key [DETACH].
6. Select the cause of detaching.
・ When canceling the detaching operation, press the soft key [CAN].
・ When mode is switched to manual mode, press the menu key continuously and
press the soft key [MANUAL]
∗ In case of manual mode, the following soft key is displayed. Press the soft key
[AUTO] to switch to automatic mode.
7. Tool detaching is performed in automatic mode.
