In case of tool detaching in manual mode
1. Display the magazine screen.
2. Move the cursor to the magazine or the pod to which the tool is detached.
3. Press the soft key [(OPER)]. The soft key for operation appears.
4. Press the menu key continuously until the soft key [DETACH] is displayed.
5. Press the soft key [TOOL DETACH].
6. Select the cause of detaching.
・ When canceling the detaching operation, press the soft key [CAN].
・ When mode is switched to automatic mode, press the menu key continuously and
press the soft key [AUTO SELECT]
∗ In case of automatic mode, the following soft key is displayed. Press the soft key
[MANUAL SELECT] to switch to automatic mode.
7. Tool detaching is performed in manual mode.
