1.1.3 Procedure on 10.4 inch or 15 inch display unit
The soft key on the magazine screen can perform the selection for tool attaching or detaching.
Procedure for tool attaching
The tool attaching can be performed with pointing at an empty magazine number or a pod
number on the magazine screen.
The tool attaching is performed in automatic mode or manual mode by the following
procedure.
In case of attaching the tool in automatic mode
1. Display the magazine screen.
Move the cursor to the magazine or the pod to which the tool is attached.
2. Press the soft key [(OPER)]. The soft key for operation appears.
(In case of 15 inch display unit, this operation is not required)
3. Press the soft key [TOOL ATTACH]. The screen for tool attaching appears.
4. Input the tool data of the tool that is attached.
5. After input the tool data, press the soft key [EXEC(AUTO)].
・ When canceling the attaching operation, press the soft key [CAN].
・ When mode is switched to manual mode, press the soft key [MANUAL SELECT]
※ In case of manual mode, the following soft key is displayed. Press the soft key
[AUTO SELECT] to switch to automatic mode.
6. Tool attaching is performed in automatic mode.
