1.2 COPYING OR MOVING FILES BETWEEN DEVICES
Overview
Files can be copied or moved between different devices.
The following two methods can be used on the program folder screen.
① Copying or moving files (changing devices)
Select a file to be copied or moved, select the copy or movement destination folder by
changing a device and selecting a folder, determine the copy or movement destination
folder, and then perform a copy or movement.
② Copying or moving files in separate display
For the 10.4- and 15-inch monitors, separate display on the program folder screen is
possible. In this separate display, a copy or movement can be performed with the
folder including a file to be copied or moved and the folder to which the file is copied or
moved displayed at the same time on the screen to check the file to be copied or moved.
Copying or Moving Files (Changing Devices)
Procedure
1 Select EDIT mode.
2 Press function key
PROG
to display the program folder screen.
3 Press soft key [(OPRT)].
4 Press rightmost soft key [+] (continuous menu key).
5 Press soft key [SELECT START].
6 Move the cursor to the target file with cursor keys.
7 Press soft key [SELECT] to select the file.
8 After selecting the target file, press soft key [SELECT END].
9 Press soft key [DEVICE CHANGE] to select the copy or movement destination device.
10 Select the target device with soft keys.
11 Move to the copy or movement destination folder on the selected device.
12 Press soft key [COPY] to copy the selected file to the destination folder or press soft key
[MOVE] to move the selected file to the destination folder.
